Here’s a peek into some of the major equestrian events to watch out for this year:
Kicking off the season in May, the Badminton Horse Trials is a staple in the eventing calendar. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Badminton Estate It’s an unmissable spectacle for any equestrian enthusiast.
Royal Windsor Horse Show, held in the magnificent grounds of Windsor Castle, is a prestigious event in May featuring top-class show jumping, dressage, and carriage driving. The Royal Windsor Horse Show offers a perfect blend of equestrian excellence and royal pageantry, making it a highlight of the British social calendar.
June brings the iconic Hickstead Derby, known for its notoriously challenging course, including the famous Derby Bank. This event is a true test of skill and bravery, attracting some of the world’s best show jumpers. It’s a must-watch for anyone who appreciates top-level show jumping.
